Yes, for the self-hosted version, it's mandatory to register your domain after install of SupportEngine. One license = one domain.

No refunds are processed since you receive the complete source code and can make any modifications needed. We provide excellent support and quickly fix any issues that arise.

Yes! We actively maintain SupportEngine and provide bug fixes and security updates. High-quality support is part of our commitment to customers. All updates of version 1.x will be free.

We provide email support for technical issues and bugs. If you purchase installation service, we'll handle the entire setup for you. Training sessions are available for $149.

SupportEngine is available with two versions.

One-Click Cloud:
Hosted on our own infrastructure. Easy setup with an assistant. You just copy the provided URL to your website.

Self-Hosted:
Completely self-hosted, meaning you install it on your own server. This gives you full control over your data, customization, and privacy. No monthly fees or dependencies on external services. You get access to the full source code.

SupportEngine requires PHP 8.0+, MySQL 8.0+, and a standard web hosting environment. It works with most shared hosting providers and is built with modern Bootstrap 5 framework for optimal performance.

NOTE : MySQL 7.4 is still supported but not for a long time.

Yes! SupportEngine includes a special ExpressionEngine add-on that allows you to sync users between your ExpressionEngine site and SupportEngine, making it the perfect companion for EE websites.

Absolutely! You receive the full source code, so you can customize anything you want. The software is built with Bootstrap 5, making it easy to modify the appearance and functionality.
